Watch webcasts of the CGI U Meeting sessions, held at The University of Texas at Austin. This year’s program participants included President Bill Clinton, Natalie Portman, Matthew McConaughey, Paul Begala, and Luke Russert.


 

The inaugural CGI U Meeting took place in March 2008 at Tulane University in New Orleans, where hundreds of students and university officials from nearly every state and 15 countries convened to address global concerns including energy & climate change, global health, peace & human rights, and poverty alleviation.

Service Project:
Giving Back to New Orleans


At the inaugural CGI U Meeting in 2008, President Clinton was joined by students at a service project with Brad Pitt’s Make It Right program to prepare construction sites for building in New Orleans’ Lower 9th Ward.
